Doubly so if someone has a Veiled Riven that requires them to make it through a high level defense mission without the objective taking damage. This is useful for missions that involve defending a target, such Defense missions, Mobile Defense missions, and Kuva Survival. For the most part a Limbo will use their Cataclysm and then Stasis, which will hard lock-down an area and is only really countered by Nullifiers. Namely speaking, a lot of "viable" Limbo builds have high duration, with range being higher or lower based on the task at hand. However this shouldn't discourage people from using Limbo, as he is a frame that can make a lot of tasks trivial if used correctly. A lot of people don't enjoy having to revive something that keeps going down. Limbo is a rather fragile frame, forcing him to use his abilities and passive to survive.

In either case, they become annoyed when confronted with something they understand. One issue I see again and again in many games is players either being very focused on one character/class or something and not bothering or wanting to learn about any other character/class in the game, leading them to complain because they don't understand them or they just lack the ability to retain large amounts of information and therefore choose to retain only information relevant to their personal experience. I was suddenly unable to attack enemies or pick up items on the ground and I wasn't sure what was going on - but after reading how his abilities work and having some more experience with him, I now have no problem with Limbo and there have been some missions I've done where the Limbo in the squad made a joke out of what would have otherwise been a very annoying situation. when I was new to the game, Limbo's abilities confused me. I use Cunning Drift/Augur Reach because it comes out the same as stretch with less forma investment - 145% range, which is large enough to prevent most attacks on the handful of non-riftable stationary objectives, grab a workable number of enemies for energy regeneration and so forth, whilst still letting enemies close enough for your DPS's and to avoid nullifiers.IMO.
Overextended is probably overkill if you want a balanced range build to not interfere with your squad whilst still being widely applicable in a breadth of content. I'm just personally additcted to it, but if you're planning on not going for strength at all, feel free to replace it, the Cunning Drift/Augur Reach combo and Intensify. It's usually not that necessary, but it makes Limbo a low-key master at any boss with a lot of mooks, especially Plague Star, as well as letting him get away with some crazy stuff in ESO.

What does Rift Torrent do? I assume it’s an augment mod? But I was planning on completely ignoring strength for this build, I have a maxed out Overextended I was planning on putting on him.
